This Privacy Policy explains how Argoncore FZE ("Argoncore", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use PropRecall (the "Service"), a memory and organisation layer that helps real-estate brokers keep track of their WhatsApp conversations, contacts and notes. It also explains the rights you have over your personal data.
This policy covers two groups of people:
For the personal data of their own contacts, the broker acts as the data controller and PropRecall acts as a processor / service provider, handling that data solely to provide the Service to that broker. For account data of the broker themselves, Argoncore is the controller.
When you connect your number, Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform delivers a copy of your inbound WhatsApp messages to PropRecall via a secure webhook. From these we store:

PropRecall does not request or store passwords, and does not collect payment card data.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use the content of your WhatsApp messages for advertising or for training AI models.
We process personal data under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL"), relying on:
To provide its assistive features, PropRecall sends the relevant content — message text and the audio of voice notes — to Google's Gemini API, which returns transcripts, conversation summaries and suggested follow-up reminders. This processing is used only to provide these features to you; the content is not used to train Google's or our own models. These features are aids only: the suggestions they produce are yours to accept, edit or dismiss, and no reminder is created without your action.
PropRecall receives message data through Meta Platforms' WhatsApp Business Platform. Our access to and use of that data is subject to Meta's applicable terms and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. We use the data we receive from Meta only to provide the Service to the broker who connected the number, and for no other purpose.
We share data only with service providers that help us run PropRecall, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms:

We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Our hosting infrastructure may store and process data on servers located outside the United Arab Emirates. Where data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with the PDPL.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and the data is needed to provide the Service. When you close your account, or on a valid deletion request, we delete or irreversibly anonymise the associated personal data, except where we must retain it to comply with a legal obligation.

If you are a contact of a broker who uses PropRecall and you wish to access or delete the information held about you, please contact the broker (the controller of that data) directly. You may also write to us at jean@argoncore.io and we will assist the broker in handling your request.
PropRecall is a business tool intended for professional use and is not directed to children.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service.
