These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of PropRecall (the "Service"), a memory and organisation layer that helps real-estate brokers keep track of their WhatsApp conversations, contacts and notes, operated by Argoncore FZE ("Argoncore", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service uses automated processing (including third-party AI) to transcribe voice notes, summarise conversations and suggest follow-up reminders. These features are aids only: their output may be inaccurate or incomplete, no reminder or action is taken without your confirmation, and you remain responsible for reviewing and deciding on any suggestion before acting on it. The Service does not provide legal, financial or professional advice.

The Service is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid plans or change pricing in the future; if we do, we will give you reasonable prior notice and you will be able to decline by discontinuing use before any charges apply. Any payment made through the Apple App Store or Google Play would also be subject to that store's terms, including its billing and refund policies.
The Service relies on third parties — including Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), Google (AI processing), Amazon Web Services (storage), Expo, Apple and Google (push notifications) and our email provider. We are not responsible for the availability, acts or omissions of these third parties, and your use of their services may be subject to their own terms.
The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Argoncore and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you acknowledge that policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated output will be accurate. To the extent the Service is offered as an early or evolving product, features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Argoncore and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (which, while the Service is free, is zero) or AED 500.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Argoncore from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law or third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah. Subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law, the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
